Terms of Service for Walk and Conquer

These Terms govern your use of Walk and Conquer, operated by Zorbey Torunoğlu. By downloading, accessing, or using the app or related services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Walk and Conquer is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Walk and Conquer for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and keeping your device and authentication methods secure.

Walk and Conquer uses real-world movement and maps. You are responsible for your own safety, surroundings, route choices, and compliance with laws, property rules, traffic rules, and local restrictions.

Do not trespass, enter unsafe areas, ignore hazards, use the app while driving, or continue an activity when it would be unsafe to do so. Game progress, territories, achievements, or leaderboard positions are never worth unsafe conduct.

Territories, centroids, routes, leaderboards, achievements, calories, distances, and map displays are gameplay and fitness estimates. They may be approximate, delayed, adjusted, reset, or unavailable due to GPS accuracy, device behavior, network conditions, anti-abuse systems, or service changes.

You may not spoof location, automate activity, manipulate devices or network traffic, exploit bugs, interfere with other users, overload the service, evade limits, or use Walk and Conquer for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Display names, avatars, and other profile content must not be illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Walk and Conquer is provided as a developing service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and gameplay data may be corrected or reset when needed for reliability, security, fairness, or product changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Walk and Conquer is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injuries, property damage, losses, data loss, service interruptions, map or GPS inaccuracies, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
