Account and Data Deletion for Walk and Conquer

Open Walk and Conquer, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirming deletion permanently removes your account and gameplay data from active primary systems under our control.

Deleted primary-store data includes your profile, avatar files, FCM tokens, live positions, leaderboards, achievements, walks, finalization records and input snapshots, active Redis state, owned territories, territory centroids, and related account-owned gameplay records.

You can also email zorbeytorunoglu@gmail.com with the subject "Walk and Conquer Account Deletion Request". Include enough account information for us to identify and verify the account.

We may request additional verification before deleting an account by email, especially if the request does not come from an address or provider associated with the account.

Primary active-store deletion is processed immediately when deletion succeeds. Backups and disaster-recovery copies may lag behind primary deletion and expire within 14 days.

Request, diagnostic, and operational logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

You can clear optional body metrics in Settings without deleting your account. Clearing body metrics removes saved weight, height, age, and gender values used for calorie estimates.
